1. Acceptance

By using fff files, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

fff files provides free temporary file hosting. Files are stored for 7 days then automatically deleted. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability or fitness for any purpose.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious software
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to share
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report this to authorities immediately
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Executable files (.exe, .bat, .sh, .msi, .apk, etc.)

4. DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been shared without permission, send a DMCA notice to abuse@fffiles.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• The fff files download link (URL)
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury

Valid DMCA notices result in immediate file deletion.

5. Limitation of liability

fff files is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and share.

6. Abuse and termination

We reserve the right to delete any file and block any IP address for violation of these terms, without notice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
