1. On the old phone, open fffiles.com in any browser
2. Tap to select the photo, video, or document (up to 250MB)
3. Copy the generated download link
4. Send the link to yourself — via message, email, or a notes app synced to both devices
5. On the new phone, open the link and download the file

Why Not the Built-In Tools?

• Manufacturer apps (Samsung Smart Switch, Apple's Move to iOS) only work in one direction and often only during initial setup.
• Cloud backups require signing into the same account on both phones and syncing everything, not just the files you want.
